Hundertwasser art sculpture

What we used...

Our materials were 2 cups, 1 or 2 water balloons, 1 big regular balloon, tape, cardboard base, clear paper, newspaper and lastly glue.

Messy but fun...

The method
First we built the structure.
Then we paper mache the sculpture with newspaper.

The children have worked hard this term, learning about endangered animals.  We found out that one of the major reasons for species to become endangered is habitat destruction.  So we decided that we want to make a native garden at our school to attract native species of birds, geckos, weta and skink.  We have made weta homes so far.
Here is the link to our movie we made on how to make a weta home for your garden.
